The ANPR Method recovery program is a culmination of 30 years of personal struggle and 5 years of dedicated research, resulting in a comprehensive, step-by-step recovery program. I developed the ANPR Method (Audiovisual Neural Pathway Reprogramming) out of desperation to overcome my own debilitating mental health conditions, including Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Cardiophobia, Agoraphobia, and Roemheld Syndrome.

At my worst, I was homebound, unable to work or socialize, and experiencing up to 17 panic attacks per day. My stomach was in constant turmoil, causing irregular heartbeats and leaving me bedridden. Despite seeing numerous doctors, none could provide a solution, and I feared that I was going to die.

This was the catalyst for my journey of self-discovery and research. I devoted 15+ hours per day to studying the human brain and various therapies, meticulously documenting what worked and what didn't. Through trial and error, I slowly healed my stomach and Roemheld Syndrome and learned to manage my anxiety, to where I have no more panic attacks. I regained my life back.
